SuperAdmin rights

Hello! I've installed glpi 9.3.2 with mysql db and I deleted default accounts(glpi,tech etc) and created 2 accounts with rights superadmin and admin, and organization....my 2 accounts in that organization... now i can't create subordinate organization or other org....please help)

If your profile is affected to a sub-entity (organization), you can only create sub-entity of it.
If you want to create other organization, your profile must have right from root entity with recursive profile.

If you delete original user, you must change values in database .
in glpi_profiles_users select uour account (users_id) and change entities_id to 0 (root entity) and set is_recursive to 1
