Cannot import/search users in LDAP

I have a problem like in the post:

unfortunately, his solution is not clear to me

GLPI correctly connects to AD, test: OK.
The user can log in with a login with and password from AD.

When I tried to import/search new users in Administration >Users>LDAP dir
GLPI finds only one user (of 34)

but when I try to import groups from AD - a list all of users is shown
