Statistics - Resolution time empty
I'm having a difficulty identifying the reason why some tickets statistics are not being recorded.
I want to be able to report on the resolution time of the tickets but some tickets even if they have a solution and close date the resolution fields is empty.
Here is a screen of the problem:
How do I know whats happening?

Do you use a calendar?
Version of GLPI used?
CentOS 6.5 - CentOS 7.x
PHP 5.6 - PHP 7.x - MySQL 5.6 - MariaDB 10.2 + APC + oOPcache
GLPI from 0.72 to dev version
