Post-Only 'Tickets' menu disapears

Not sure if a bug or not but can't find any infomration on it online.

We are implementing a post-only system, when the user logs in they see 'Home', 'Create a ticket' and 'Tickets' in the top menu.

We don't want users to see followups or tasks, but when we disable this option in the profile,  the 'Tickets' option in the menu disappears...

They can still access the tickets if they go to 'Home --> Pending tickets' for example but the menu option is not there.  Seems strange for that option to be linket to that menu item.

*GLPI 9.2.4(behaviours1.5.2+fusion9.2+1.0+applicatifs2.3.0+dashboard 0.8.9)hebergé sur serveur mutualisé.
*GLPI 9.3.1  en test (ubuntu 16.04 mariadb 10.2.4)

Tickets menu is showing is the user has right to read ticket
