Help with Network Discovery and Network Inventory

Hi I need some help possibly a step by step configuring SNMP with Network inventory and Network discovery. I followed the instructions from the fusioninventory documentation and I can't seem to get my network devices to show up, I got the computers and printers showing up by the network devices e.g switches, phones don't show up, Network Inventory status and network discovery status are blank.

I have opened ports 161, 162 on the Linux OS GLPI server.

Also I don't know what SNMP version to use 1, 2c or 3?

Also what credentials are needed are the SNMP, Domain Credentials, Switch login credentials? the instructions are not clear.

So far I've done this:

Defined an IP Range
Used Snmp 2c with no credentials (not sure what credentials to use)
Created 2 tasks, "Network discovery" and "network inventory" gave it a start and end date
Created jobs from those tasks added ip range and a workstation as an actor
force the task to start but nothing happens

Where can I find logs to determine what is happening an dhow to determine the problem?

Any light on this issue will really be appreciated. I'm new to this system.

Thank you so much! :-)
