how to activate the notification mail ?
I check the model notification and i don't find the functionality.

Maybe this topic is done with #184 ?
Sorry my fault. In the other topic you can now add fields in notification section (new tab, header etc) but you can not use custom fields in notification until now. (IMHO)
You can mark this threat as [resolved] in subject of your threat. (This is only available edit of the first post.) It is good for users who help others to quickly see which post is still open.

I added in the associated item type: Ticket and Notification Templates
But I still have nothing in the notification template ...
What are the tags?
I can not find anything in the tags available ..

Sorry i’m Wrong. In the other topic you can now add fields in notification section (new tab, header etc) but you can not use custome fields in notification until now. You can use the function of the plugin in notification but not plugin fields in a notification
