Mail notifications to observers not working
Hi!
I've a strange problem with my observers, if the observer is a GLPI internal database user, he can receive emails configured in New Tickets, Follow ups, etc. But if the user comes from a LDAP sync, the system sends him the notifications only if he is the assigned or requester user but not if he's observer. Any clue where can I debug?

Notifications configuration are OK, if the watcher is a local glpi user it works fine. The notification only fails if the watcher comes from a LDAP directory.

Strange maybe diffent entity with different notification settings?

Hi!
I found the problem, these LDAP Users had different language than our normal users and the notifications was not working in this language. Simple but hard to find

we have a similar problem: the observer is internal db user and the creator is LDAP user: E-Mail is not sent to observer. When we create the ticket with an internal user it works. Any ideas`?

1. Your notifications Settings is set up to notification the creator too ? (Setup - Notifications - Notifications)
2. They have the same language or you have defined notification for all used languages ?

But your ldap user have a mail address in glpi right ?
