Problems to migrate 9.2.4 to 9.3.0

Hi.

I have problems to migrate to 9.3. I'm a bit new to this and maybe it's a little thing.

Debian 8.6

PHP 5.6.29-0 + deb8u1 (cli) (built: Dec 13 2016 16:02:08)

mysql --version
