Reply ticket and that arrives to the customer's email

Good morning to all.

Currently I have configured so that the receivers work and it works well, but I need that when answering a ticket it arrives to the client's email.
There is some way to do this.

glpi version ?

set notifications (setup>notifications) and glpi will send emails to requester ( unless email adress is known)
