Stop install after created Database

Dear Dev,

Thanks you product. I have issue when setup GLPI, it stop after create database.

Please help.

maybe Wrong time / time zone on server
I think you have installed an older version in a directory from newer glpi version. (that's not supported)

I edit time install data in php.ini, it's ok.
