Hello, everyone,
I am a complete beginner so I apologize for such a "stupid" question.
I would like to know how I can set up a ticket assignment based on the e-mail domain as a rule (GLPI 9.3.0).
Each of my entities has an e-mail domain and I would like to use it to assign tickets from this domain to the corresponding entity.
1. Do I have to enter the e-mail domain in the entity with or without"@"?
2 How do I create the rule (step by step)?

Navigate to:
Home
Administration
Rules
Rules for assigning a ticket created through a mails receiver
criteria
actions - assign to entity
