Dont send mail in GLPI 9.1

i has updated  GLPI ver 0.85.5 to 9.1 but it has error.
It does not send mail when I create the ticket or close the ticket.
please, help me.

Update to latest stable version of 9.1 => 9.1.7.1 that solved lot of bugs

CentOS 6.5 - CentOS 7.x
PHP 5.6 - PHP 7.x - MySQL 5.6  - MariaDB 10.2 + APC + oOPcache
GLPI from 0.72 to dev version
Certifiée ITIL (ITV2F, ITILF, ITILOSA)
