Problem : Same Ticket repeatedly open in Assistance

hi all

i have problem, with my GLPI Installation
i found out that a there are one ticket that created from Receiver, repeatedly open/appear on my ticket assistant list, even the real Ticket already Closed long time b4
i check receiver inbox but it empty

here is my trash bin log

GLPI version : GLPI 0.85.5

Maybe restart all process could help.
