I try add config on SLA but sla ticket not auto Run on Automatic action menu..
How step by step i must config for SLA / automatic action is running well .. ?????

Can you explain what do you intend by using SLA?

if you're speaking about the cron for autorefreshing the SLA like the collector of mail.
it s the same way
go to automatic action ==> SLA configuration ==> chose cli for the action==>save
after that just need to ask the cron server to refresh every x min or like you want

i create one profile in SLA config .. first for SLA Time to own with max time = 30miin, and escalation level 1 execution time = +10min ..
Second SLA for time to resolve with max time = 60min, and escalation level 1 execution time = +10min ..
is there an error in this configuration ?

I done try change mode to CLI but not automatic run, even, the next run stuck and not notify on queue process...
Why ??
