I just installed Behaviors to be able to create notifications to be sent to a technician that was jsut assigned to a ticket. In Behavior's configuration, I enabled 'Additionnal Notifications'. In the recipient section, I do have the option 'last technician assigned', but the the event part, I only have 3 new choices : Add a watcher, Change status, change status to Waiting status, I don't have the other ones mentionned in the Wiki.

I just found in the 2.0.0 changelogs that these options were actually removed because they are now in core. Though I can't find these events. I'll open another one in the GLPI bug section. Sorry

In GLPI core the event is "New user in assignees".
And to have the last technician assigned you must use recipient from behaviors "Last technician assigned (behaviors)"
