Hello guys,
i try since many weeks to solve an issue i have but without success.
Rich text for helpdesk is set to "yes" in the setup, but in the ticket the option bar is missing and the text is like this for new ticket

i 've just made the update from 9.1.6 and nothing change in the settings, i had the issue with 9.2 and 9.2.1
i hope that someone has a solution
