Erro Update 9.2 to 9.2.1

Error update 9.2 to 9.2.1
- Error in query to database: UPDATE `glpi_profilerights` SET` name` = 'queuednotification' WHERE `name` = 'queuedmail' - Error is Duplicate entry '6-queuednotification' for key 'unicity'

I have a similar error updating from 9.1.6 to 9.2.1

9.2 multiple alter in glpi_states - Error in query to database: ALTER TABLE `glpi_states` ADD UNIQUE `unicity` (`states_id`, `name`) , ADD INDEX `is_visible_line` (`is_visible_line`) - Error is Duplicate entry '0-in use' for key 'unicity'

For me to continue with the update I had to remove the Duplicate field on the glpi_profilerights '6-queuednotification' table. I do not know what will be harmed.

Hello!
I Found the problem.
I had 2 status with the same name. "Em uso"

So, I just renamed one of them and after this I was able to upgrade to 9.2.1
