No problem for me. I only have task for ticket not solved display.
But there is a bug in the number of task that count also closed and solved tickets: https://github.com/glpi-project/glpi/issues/2902

You have the problem #1 of my request https://github.com/glpi-project/glpi/issues/2767

It is possible to close tickets in glpi with task in state "to do". You see in this view all tasks that have todo also the ticket is closed.
The best way is before update to 9.2 change all task from to-do to done if the ticket is closed. (You can filter this.)

If you have already updated to 9.2 the only way in the web interface imho is to reopen the ticket and change the state of the task.

With Behaviors plugin you can block solve/close ticket if task in TO DO state
