Hi,
I'm using GLPI version 9.1.6 and in SLA register i had one information that was assigned to almos 300 tickets closed yet.
I had deleted this entry SLT but not the SLA and for my surprise this SLT is not appearing in closed tickets.
The internal number of this SLT was 18 an when i read the history on affected tickets has no information, only on opened tickets has changed SLT from 18 to 0(zero)
When i saw that i make a new entry for SLT on this SLA but now the internal number is 25.
Two questions....
1. Is that correct to able user delete an SLT that has tickets closed ?
2. is there any procedure i can do to return this SLT internal number to 18 and so my past information on closed tickets wil return.
