Our organization has our NetApps listed under the "Device" category under assets.
I have added 2 "Quad 10/100/1000 Ethernet Controller G20" entries, each with 4 physical interfaces. I've associated each interface with the correct MAC address.
However, when I go to a network port (e4a, for example), under "Ethernet port" it shows "Equipment without network card". I've been able to associate a physical port to a network port on network devices or computers, so it surprised me when it didn't work here.
