Plugin form to ticket rule

Hi, I have a small question. I'm using in form plugin my own priority as select field. When user use form to send me the ticket, i have inside my own priority. Where i can find the rule option to assign my own priority to ticket priority. Is this posible?
Example: Now I have inside ticket text priority with value niski and ticket priority have default set medium priority.
