When creating a new project in GLPI, the email is being queued. The email notification is not working even though the recipients in the notification section has been configured properly.
I can see the mail in glpi/files/_log/mail.log stating "the mail has been queued".
Just to add that the email notification for creating a new ticket is working fine.
I have migrated GLPI version from 0.85 to 9.1, the issue is still the same.
I cannot identify the root cause of the problem. Can you please help me out, as the menu "project" is of high importance

setup>automatic actions> queuedmail
Stop your automatic task by clicking on X near Next execution and / or start manual (Execute button)

Thank you for your reply.
Yes other email notification is working. I did the steps above and the mails in queue have been sent to the recipients.
The issue is that each time i did a change in an existing project, the mail is being queued and I have to click on the Execute button in automatic task for sending the email.

You can put your automatic action Mailqueue in CLI mode and create the cron corresponding
CentOS 6.5 - CentOS 7.x
PHP 5.6 - PHP 7.x - MySQL 5.6 - MariaDB 10.2 + APC + oOPcache
GLPI from 0.72 to dev version
Certifiée ITIL (ITV2F, ITILF, ITILOSA)

Forum search, the best way. Do you have Linux (cron) or Windows ?
