Unable to upload file(0.90.5)

Hello
I'm from Taiwan
When use version 0.90.5 upload files found
British document name correctly
However, the document name will not be uploaded(Chinese filename)
I do not know whether it will be like normal now.

PHP：5.6.23

Apache 2.0 Handler

Test Upload files
0.84.6 ---->OK
0.85.4 ---->NO
0.90.1 ---->NO
0.90.5 ---->NO

Have you some errors in GLPI files? in Debug mode?
