Formcreator bug's

I've found a bug on formcreator plugin + autorization/default entity(user).
So, I created the user named 'panga' set in user->autorization the specific Entity and so in default entity (user).
After all this I try to select the click on localization and I can see all locations.  But on the service call, I only see the specific locations (the way I want).

Other bug is the lists on formcreator don't preserve the structure, example:
On service call:
>Item 1
>>Item 1.1
>>Item 1.2
>Item 2
[...]
On the formcreator:
Item 1
Item 1.1
Item 1.2
Item 2
