Dropdowns are displaying incorrectly after upgrade to 0.90.5

Hello!
I've upgraded to 0.90.5
After that, many of dropdowns (for example - Common - Locations, Assistance - Tickets Categories) are displaying incorrectly
The names (and links) of them are included in one <td> block, although their checkboxes are in anothers
Names are replaces by their IDs in brackets - all exclude the first one

I don't have this source code. Each Ticket category is in a <td>.
Can you give me contain of glpi_itilcategories (5first of your picture)?

Do your categories have translation to another language?
