Documentation ticket solution by more than several times
We use GLPI version 0.90.1 and have found the following finding:
The technician can document the solution of the case if your cycle is in Processing (assigned) to solved. Is there any way to avoid this documentation for the second time. GLPI does not save the first documented historical solution.

This occurs if a technician gives double click on the box display documented solution.

this might be implemented in futures versions.
