Plugins don't show up in /setup/plugins

I've installed glpi-0.90.3 on:
Apache/2.4.6 (CentOS) OpenSSL/1.0.1e-fips mod_fcgid/2.3.9 PHP/5.6.23 mod_wsgi/3.4 Python/2.7.5 mod_perl/2.0.9dev Perl/v5.16.3

I was able to install the OCS Inventory NG plugin successfully but I'm not able to add any other plugin.
I uncompress the plugins and place them into the /glpi/plugin folder, adjust the rights and the owner, (logged out of glpi, actually even rebooted the server) but /setup/plugins still only shows the OCS Inventory NG plugin. I can't find any errors neither...

This can be closed, Did the edit in the ocs....  php plugin and placed the plugin's in the /var/usr/share/glpi/plugins folder
