e-mail exibithion name in notifications

Hello,

For some reason I dont know GLPI now is sending the notification e-mails to my customers with my name as the "exibithion name" instead of "servicedesk" or something like that. I´m looking for where to change this option in GLPI or even Debian configuration, but didnt find anything related.
Can you please guide me how to edit this field in order

The sender of email is define in the configuration of each entity, tab Notifications

Yes, but there everything seems to be correct.
Look: In the first pic you can see what is configured in GLPI

Administrator e-mail: servicedesk-csl@tecnogate.com.br
Administrator name
ServiceDesk CSL

But when the e-mail goes to the user mailbox here is what he see

Which means that somehow I´ve changed the "exibithion name" for the e-mail address and now everyone receives an e-mail with the label "erik silva sobral" (my co-worker) instead of "servicedesk CSL".

I´m wondering if I have to change some .php file to fix that because I searched everyplace inside GLPI without success.
