Hello everyone!
Apparently correctly made the recipient configuration for opening ticket via email. However, the tickets are not showing up. No error appears in the tests and get the message that it's all right!
If anyone knows of something or has a step by step to version 0.90.

Hello Leandro, maybe checking --> setup-->Receivers ---> List of not imported mails (button)
there you can see if GLPI detected the e-mails from your configured email, and the reason why it was denied
