Add ticket to Project GLPI 9.0.3

Dear

Next to upgrade I am unable to add a ticket to some project created from tools Menu.

in the versions 0.8X it was possible with Project Plugin.

may be I don't found this function in new interface.

Someone have an idea how to do it or is not possible?
