Hi!
GLPI Sometime hangs when viewing ticket, often tickets with document or pictures attached.
The symptom is that as soon ads when choosing the ticket to work with it it totally freeze GLPI, you must close the browser window and try again.
I suspect some form of lockup in the database but i could use a pointer, or is anybody else experiencing this issue?
I also recently moved and upgraded our GKLPI since we ghad the problem on our old server running 0.84
But now we are using version 0.90.1 (On Debian MySQL 5.5.47-0+deb8u1-lo and PHP Version 5.6.17-0+deb8u1)

I also use GLPI in newest version on production with many attachment in tickets but I didn't hear any complaints users (my platform run on Ubuntu LTS 14.04 + mysql + apache2 on virtual machine).
->First check your system logs and file system and installed memory kits, try move files directory to another partition (symbolic link for directory).
->Turn debug mode in GLPI and Developer console in werbbroser and test in many times to have full debug log when freeze to occurt.
->Check mysql and alpache logs ...

I have exactly the same problem.
It's coming from any links, from any pages, even in a dynamic menu.
At least, 5 times per days.
It's a very annoying thing...
First time it appeared after updating from an old 0.83 version of GLPI (Debian).
Nothing in the logs (PC + server).
Running mainly in Firefox, last version, on Windows (7,8,8.1 and 10).
Same problem in IE and Edge.
When I close the browser and reopen it immediately, it works again...
When it hangs for somebody, it doesn't hang for other people connected to GLPI. No link here.
Help !
