Changes Does Not Send Email Notification For Groups

Hi.
I created a Change Demand with notification for group. It does not work; other hand, when individually notifying, regardless of how many emails (I can, for instance, put all that group people), it works like a charm. Can anyone shed some light on it?
GLPI Ver. is 0.85.5.

What do you mean by "Change demand"? validation request?

Good morning.
Sorry for my dubious speech. I did want to say "Change", simply. In this change, there is a notification request for a group. It does not work. But, when I put individually all that emails, say, with or without another ones, it works.
I need bug you and all development personnel, because of our prohibition to change GLPI code.

Yes, Group is set to be notified. I am yet to discover what can be wrong.

And have you some users affected to this group?
Is this group affected to the change?

Good morning (Brazil´s time).
Yes. There is a group of persons who needs evaluate changes and, in not receiving these emails, we create a vicious circle. They can not take some attitude justly "cuz" of not receiving any notification. In turn, persons whom changes did affect will be [reversely] affected by "No Change".
If you need any new additional information about this, you can, of course, ask us.

Put your account in Debug mode (in My settings)
You will have a Debug tab in which you can see which notification will be send for which recipients.
Do you see your recipients for event Create a change?

Hi. Sorry for my late response (I was absent, ministrating LibreOffice classes and came just now);
LaDenrée, group did not figure into these configurations. We put it now. We will test and give a response for you, at GLPI Support.
