Followup source missing tickets when using 0.90
Since upgrading to GLPI 0.90 I have found that the Source of followup option is no longer displayed. 
When editing the ticket I can still set the option.
In older versions the option was displayed like this.
Perhaps in GLPI 0.90 the follow up source should be displayed like this.
