Do you use rich text in GLPI ?

No rich text in GLPI is disabled in my environment.

I have since upgraded to GLPI 0.90.1 and Print to pdf 1.0 but the issue persists.
yllen would you be able to help me with a fix for this bug?

Thanks for the help yllen.

I have applied the patch to ticketfollowup.class.php and ticket follow ups displays correctly now.
I also applied the same patch to tickettask.class.php and ticket tasks displays correctly now.
Ticket description already displays correctly.
glpi-pdf-1.0-followup-patch

Although the ticket solution doesn't display correctly since v1.0 of the pdf plugin.

I've also checked problems and changes for the display text bug in tasks, follow ups and solution.

I wasn't able to print a pdf problem with tasks without getting this error.

I applied the follow up patch to problemtask.class.php and problems tasks displays correctly.

Problem solution is affect by this bug

Change solution isn't affected, but there is a gap of space.

Overview of text display bug:
Ticket task, ticket follow up and ticket solution affected.
Problem task and solution affected.
Change task affected.
Change solution not affected but spacing issue.

I hope this information is helpful in getting this text display bug in pdf plugin resolved.

I have applied patches https://forge.glpi-project.org/projects … isions/442 and all follow ups, tasks and solutions are working okay now in tickets, problems and changes.
