Hello All
I have a problem in GLPI 0.85.4 ticket system
I create a ticket and assigned user but the assigned user can not receive the email
I have check it and find some problem as below:
If the profile is admin or Supervisor, it can receive the ticket email
If the profile is technical, it can't receive the ticket email
I want the technical profile can receive ticket email, may I know is that any options is missed in technical profile?

Did you configure the notifications so that they are sent to the assigned technician ?
GLPI 0.85.5 - Centos 6.5
