Notification to "add to transfer list"

Hello Everybody,

When I transfer a new ticket to another entity, I don't receive notification by e-mail. Is it possible to create a new notification event for the action "add to transfer list"? It will solve my problem, always that someone transfer a new ticket to another entity, the entity administrator will receive a e-mail message.

Can't find any information about this type of notification in github.com/glpi-project/glpi
