Unify string translation

I wonder if it is possible to unify the text strings to translate in GLPI.

An example: the word "new" is used in different parts of GLPI and we have 6 strings "new" to translate.

What would be the procedure for reporting and correcting this?

You have different context.
New in Cartridge or consumable to indicate that it's not used (in French female and male)

For Change, Plugin, Problem and ticket i change the context to have the same : status

I look the other strings of a status to group them.
