Hi,
I have a problem, after i upgrade from 0.83.6 to 0.83.7 i can't add a user if i not in root entity, if i change to any entity i created the options is disabled or the error "You don't have permission to perform this action." appears, i don't have nothing on system.

I am unable to reproduce.
I think you have right error when not on root entity.
Do you have a default profile set ?

Default profile means that a profile is set as the default one.

After Updates i had often some siteeffects. Did you already clean the cache of your browser ?
