500 Internal Server Error (PHP, debian ...)

Bonjour à tous,
je suis débutant sur linux.
Donc voici mon probleme
J'ai installé debian 3.5 et je l'ai mis a jour maintenant je suis en debian 4.0.
J'ai ensuite installé OCS serveur version4200.
l'installation c'est bien passé.
j'ai pu accéder à la page install.php sans souci ains qu'à la page normal d'OCS
mais les client ne remonté pas les infos !
donc j'ai rebooter le serveur et la les infos été bien transmisse mais depui je ne peut plus accéder à la page mon_server\ocsreports\index.php, j'ai essayé avec \glpi\install.php j'ai la meme erreur :

je me doute qu'il sagit plus d'un probleme serevru sur l'execution des scripts PHP, mais je post ici car ce sont OCS et GLPI qui ma fait installé linux !

petit résumer de ma config :
debian 4.0
apache 1.3.34
PHP4
module perl zip, php, gci d'installer avec apache.
(j'ai fait une recherche sur google et sur le forum pour trouver une réponse mais sans résultat)

Salut, essaye cette commande dans un terminal et en root:

chown -R www-data /var/www/ocsreports
