GLPI server move - Login Loop

I have moved my GLPI to a new server and now I am getting a the login loop. There are a few articles with other people having the same issue but I wasnt able to resolve my issue using the information in there.

I have version 83.91 installed that I SQL Dump and copied the folder directory to a new server running latest download of Xampp and imported the database which I had no errors. Everything looks fine on the login screen but when I type in my AD login or the GLPI details it just prompts me to login again.

Apache Access Log
"POST /helpdesk/login.php HTTP/1.1" 200 2823 "http://backupserverpc/helpdesk/index.php?noAUTO=1" "Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 7.0; Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; Trident/5.0; SLCC2; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET CLR 3.5.30729; .NET CLR 3.0.30729; Media Center PC 6.0)"
"GET /helpdesk/pics/favicon.ico HTTP/1.1" 200 1382 "-" "Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 7.0; Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; Trident/5.0; SLCC2; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET CLR 3.5.30729; .NET CLR 3.0.30729; Media Center PC 6.0)"

Any ideas? Thank you

Re: GLPI server move - Login Loop

Login with the superAdmin user and make sure the AD configuration in GLPI is correct.

Re: GLPI server move - Login Loop

The SuperAdmin (details used when installed) wont allow me to login. When I look at the database there is no password string in there. If I enter a MD5 hash password and try and login I get

'You do not have access to this application because your account was deactivated or removed'

Re: GLPI server move - Login Loop

On the table glpi_users make sure the fields is_active is = 1

and  is_deleted is = 0.
