Hi GLPI,
First I would like to compliment GLPI on its CMDB implementation. At the moment the system is covering about 70% of the staff needs. I our case it would have been about 90% if the system supported means for external CMDB coupling.
Alternative (commercial systems) are offering so called "External Ticket Number Recognition" solutions to incorporate 3rd party CMDB solutions in the support chain.
I think it would be a major improvement in your current CMDB implementations.
