OCSNG with GLPI synch updates all components every synch

I have set up a new server recently. I have discovered that the historical tab of each computer is updating all components (or most) with every OCSNG sync.

GLPI version 10.0.12
OCS version 2.12.1
Plugin version 2.0.4

After OCS sync network cards are uninstalled and reinstalled, software is all uninstalled and reinstalled etc. Can anyone point me in the direction to fix this so my historical tab can be useful again?

Should I just disable all historical? I really wanted to track changes such as RAM upgrades, new software installs, etc.
