Hello everyone,
Glpi is on an ubuntu and my address is http.
everything working fine though, I'm currently experiencing issues:
When I send an email to our support email it does not create a ticket.
from the glpi interface, create a ticket and send us the email.
When I go to "automatic action" mailgate I receive an error message "If the solution is rejected, you must indicate a reason"
on the collector "outlook.office365.com:993/imap-oauth/ssl/notls" error on emails.
Can you give me a hand?
