Error - Crontask - GLPI 10.0.0.10

Hello,

I have update GLPI to version 10.0.0.10.
And i haven't email by crongate => manually it's OK

I check with command CLI :

php.exe .\front\cron.php --force mailgate

or

php.exe .\front\cron.php 

But no mail.

I cant edit automate task :
https://********/front/crontask.form.php?id=9
It's return

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in W:\***********\src\DBmysql.php on line 372

It's the same for :
crontask.form.php?id=17
crontask.form.php?id=21
crontask.form.php?id=22

Environnement :
- Windows 2022 Server with IIS 10 (Up to date)
- PHP 7.4.33 with CGI (Same with 8.1.24)
- MariaDB : 10.11.4 with GaleraCluster 4
