I am a small MSP provider. I have created my customers as entities in glpi and manage the tickets via the respective entity i.e. customer.
now i want to do the inventory for the different customers and am looking for the best practice for that. I saw that the tag for the inventory can be set at the entity; however, i don't quite understand how i config the inventory agent to the different customers. There is a dedicated help page for the inventory agent but perhaps there is a better guide or practice for it. Many thanks in advance for your help
