When a ticket is opened by E-mail, there appeared two tickets with the same title, the first with Status NEW, the second with Status Processing (assigned).
I made rules depending on Mail receivers tickets to be assigned to different Entities, but the same rules had worked in GLPI 9 without any problems.

I don't know how, but the problem suddenly disappeared.
I don't mark this issue as "solved", because still I can not figure out what has caused the problem and why it had disappeared.
