Visibility issue with entities

Hi,
I have a problem, i manage a GLPI’s server and this one is on 10.0.2 version.
I’m on a super-user on the root entity of all my recursive tree.
For example :
Root entity : X
-subentity : Y
-sub subentity : Y.1
-sub subentity : Y.2
-subentity : Z

I give to a user “TOTO” the permissions with observer, self-service, admin or super admin on Y entity in recursive.
After the user creation with observer ou self-service profil, I go to connect on his account. If I search on the entity, the users can see all entity but have access just on the Y entity. Normally, he can see just his entity, not the others. And if I try with a other new users, I don’t have the problem. This issue is random.

In the same topic, I’m recursive super-admin on my X entity but if I enter in the Z entity, I can’t see the other entity to which I have access. I have to disconnect and reconnect on GLPI to find my recursive tree.

For this issue :
Restart my web service
Restart the server
Empty the cache on my browsers
Rename the entities then put back the original name (The issue was solved but comes back after few minutes/hours)
Reinstall the GLPI 10.0.2 version
Modify the permission on my profile and on the users profile

This issue is already known ? I don’t see anything on the forum. Do you have any idea ?
