An error occured loading contents!

Could you please help me with the following:

At the main screen, the dashboard shows the following error instead of the charts. The same happens when a ticket is opened or after updating a ticket or any other item:

When the "Try to reload" option is clicked, the dashborad, the ticket o whatever the item was is swown perfectly:

Do you have any idea?

Notes:

• This began after a SSL certificate was installed in the server, so, the URL went from HTTP to HTTPS. The certificate is working just fine and the configuration in GLPI has been done to update the application URL.

• PHP and Apache logs have no errors, but the web browser console shows the error "ERR_CONNECTON_RESET" in te dashboard modules, as you can see in the next image:
  

The server is Windows Server 2016, WAMP Server and GLPI 9.5.
