Install GLPI 10 - Intl extension is missing
Installing GLPI 10 for Windows, using PHP 8.1.5 x64, get a message "intl extension is missing"
All extensions at php.ini are unblocked and all of them are loading normally, but only Intl

Verify the extension is actually installed for PHP 8.1 and then restart Apache (or whatever you use as a web server).
