Import users from LDAP GLPI 9.5.7 problems

I have installed GLPI 9.5.7
I add LDAP Directory and test it successful.
When I search new users in ldap directory, users are displayed correctly but returns the following error when importing.
ErrorFailed operation
(0 authorizations problems, 1 failures)
XXX: Error on executing the action

LDAP directories

Server: '172.17.0.7', Port: '389', BaseDN: 'DC=zanardelli,DC=local', Connection filter:
